Wednesday Cleanse Day is designed for the woman who wants to live life to the fullest, doesn't want to miss out on the fun...but also wants to be healthy and glowing. We get it because we are founded by women with the same lifestyle and goals.

Our pretty pink tonic can be used during a one day reset, a three day event prep and ongoing 16:8 intermittent fasting. Our products are developed and made in Australia.

The short answer is absolutely not lovely! Drink away.  The longer answer - to remain in a fasted state you must stay under 50 calories.  Each sachet of our pretty pink tonic has just 10 calories...so you could even have 5 of them and not break your fast.

The 24 hour reset is super simple to do. Fasting for 24 hours is a great way to reset or and lose the bloat fast. Our tonic will help you feel full and give you energy.

We like doing our 24 hour fast from 6pm to 6pm.  For example, at 6pm on a Tuesday, start your fast. The next day, on Wednesday, consume all the five sachets throughout the day. Drink plenty of water as well.  After 6pm on Wednesday you are done.

You'll have given your system a full 24 hour break to repair and restore. Your bloat will be long gone. 

You can choose any 24 hour period that works best for you.

We like to start fasting on a Wednesday and finish up on a Friday 5pm in time for a light meal and maybe a sneaky glass of wine. 

Each day mix and drink 5 sachets of our pretty pink tonic. These drinks are not to replace meals but rather support you while you are fasting so drink them when you like. You can also choose to eat 2 cups of raw or slightly cooked green veggies each eve as well.
